Anders Nilsson, Swedish Physicist, Writes Popular Spiritual Book

Swedish Professor Anders Nilsson Offers Two Decades of Water Research. Nilsson & Sharon Kleyne Discuss New Water Research Needs.

Anders Nilsson, Ph.D., is a professor of chemical physics at Stockholm University in his native Sweden, and a professor of photon science at Stanford University in California. Like water advocate and host of the nationally syndicated The Sharon Kleyne Hour Power of Water, Global Climate Change and Your Health on VoiceAmerica sponsored by Nature’s Tears® EyeMist®,

Sharon Kleyne, Dr. Gerald Pollock, Dr. DeWayne Cecil and other internationally recognized water science researchers, Nilsson’s research has caught the attention of scientists and researchers the world over. Yet, he has also done something that most of his colleagues have not—he has written a well received spiritual book. The Gentle Way of the Heart appeared in 2014 and received a silver medal in the 2015 Benjamin Franklin Awards. In the book, Nilsson urges readers to consider holistic approaches to personal and societal health. “The medical profession knows how to treat many illness,” said Nilsson, “but it has largely given up the noble pursuit of finding cures.”

For twenty years, Nilsson has also studied the fundamental properties and structure of liquid water and chemical energy transformations on surfaces that are, for instance, related to artificial photosynthesis. The author and co-author of more than 300 scientific papers published in journals such as Science and Nature, Nilsson was one of the scientists featured in the 2014 television production about the oceans, Through the Wormhole by Morgan Freeman.

In his website for The Gentle Way of the Heart, http://gentleway.me/book/ Nilsson ”provides unique insights, exercises and meditations to launch you on a great spiritual adventure”. Nilsson believes that the spark of God resides deep within each of us and that our goal must be to get in touch with that divine energy, living moment-to-moment with forgiveness. In the process, one’s false self will dissolve and one’s true self will blossom like a beautiful flower. The book also promises more harmony and more love in one’s life.

It is always exciting to encounter a meeting of the spiritual and scientific minds. Such blending is at the core of holistic healing. Sharon Kleyne, for instance, is an advocate for holistic care. she is a practitioner of health practices such as Tai Chi and Qi Gong while teaching that “water should be our number one research priority.”

Swedish Physicist Anders Nilsson & Sharon Kleyne Hope For More Water Research

Professor Anders Nilsson & Sharon Kleyne Would Like To See U.S. as World Water Research Leader Again. Nilsson & Kleyne Share Great Desire To Revive Water Research around the World.

Professor Anders Nilsson, Ph.D., divides his time between labs and classrooms at Stanford University and Stockholm University. A physicist, Nilsson serves as Professor of Chemical Physics at Stockholm University; In California, he is Professor of Photon Science at Stanford University. Nilsson engineered the dual appointments because he came to the realization that water research in the U.S. has become a controversial subject. Water is no longer grant-money-friendly, especially in the U.S.,” Nilsson said. Returning part of each year to Sweden was the only way that he could continue his water research.

Water educator Sharon Kleyne has spent more than twenty years teaching the mysteries and subtleties of water to people around the world. Kleyne’s work and that of her water research peers is of special importance in this age of global water crisis. Host of the nationally syndicated The Sharon Kleyne Hour Power of Water, Global Climate Change and Your Health on VoiceAmerica sponsored by Nature’s Tears® EyeMist®, Kleyne and many colleagues such as Dr. Gerald Pollack, Dr. DeWayne Cecil and others would like to see the U.S. increase funding for new water research.

In 2016-17, grants for freshwater and waste water research through the Environmental Protection Agency totaled approximately 2 billion dollars. Yet two new policy changes will affect this figure. First, the EPA is transitioning from grants to loans. Second, the new budget proposes reducing the EPA’s budget by a third, with grants and loans taking proportionate cuts. Early results from the transitioning from grants to loans suggest that fewer loans than grants will actually be made because the loans are perceived to be less flexible and forgiving than the old grants. To put this into perspective, China alone now spends more in water infrastructure grants each year than the entire European Community. China has also surpassed the U.S.in infrastructure grants.

Kleyne and Nilsson hope that the U.S. can and will rebound, becoming again a leader in new water infrastructure. “We have the funding and the resources to do so,” says Kleyne, “but perhaps we need to rediscover the will and our way.” Nilsson offered a poignant example of the water crisis facing planet earth. “If you could gather up into a ball all of the water, fresh and not fresh on the earth, it would take up no more than 50 square miles. That’s not a lot of space or water,” Nilsson concluded, “and if and when it goes, that will signal the end of life here.*

Swedish Physicist Nilsson Meets Kleyne To Discuss Water Research

Stanford & Stockholm University Professor Nilsson Shares Two Decades of Water Research. Nilsson & Kleyne: Scientific & Holistic Approaches To Water.

Guest: Anders Nilsson. Ph.D., Department of Physics, Stockholm University & Stanford University, http:www.su.se/English/profiles/andersn-1.186733

Professor Anders Nilsson, Ph.D., department of Physics, is a true research citizen of the world. For more than two decades now, Professor Nilsson has divided his time between labs and classrooms at Stanford University and Stockholm University. A physicist, Nilsson serves as Professor of Chemical Physics at Stockholm University; In California, he is Professor of Photon Science at Stanford University.

For twenty years, Nilsson has studied the fundamental properties and structure of liquid water and chemical energy transformations on surfaces that are, for instance, related to artificial photosynthesis. The author and co-author of more than 300 scientific papers published in journals such as Science, Nature and others, Nilsson is one of the scientists featured in the 2014 television production about the oceans, Through the Wormhole by Morgan Freeman. Professor Nilsson is also a celebrated author. In 2014 Nilsson published his first spiritual book, The Gentle Way of the Heart, which received a silver medal from the 2015 Benjamin Franklin Awards.

Water educator Sharon Kleyne has also spent more than twenty years teaching the mysteries and subtleties of water to people around the world. Kleyne’s work and that of her water research peers is of special importance in this age of global water crisis and so she was thrilled to discuss water with Professor Nilsson on her nationally syndicated The Sharon Kleyne Hour Power of Water, Global Climate Change and Your Health on VoiceAmerica sponsored by Nature’s Tears® EyeMist®.

Referring to the molecular structure of water, Nilsson lamented the fact that “we have limited technology now to study the unusual properties of water. Water is the most unique liquid on the planet. For instance, the more you cool water down, the stranger it becomes. Water is the basis of life.” Kleyne agreed, pointing out that the body is mostly water and we need to breathe the water in the air (or atmosphere) in order to live.

“That’s why it’s so important that we make water our number one infrastructure priority,” said Kleyne. “Water should also be our number one research priority,” Kleyne added. Nilsson agreed but with this cautionary note: “water is a very controversial subject,” Nilsson said. Both agreed that water is not grant-money-friendly, especially in the U.S., a fact that led Nilsson to return to Sweden part of the year to be able to continue his water research.

Nilsson also offered a scary illustration of the water crisis facing planet earth. “If you could gather up into a ball all of the water, fresh and not fresh on the earth, it would take up no more than 50 square miles. That’s not a lot of space or water,” Nilsson concluded, “and if and when it goes, that will signal the end of life here.”

Sharon Kleyne & Gerald H. Pollack Want New Water Research Now

Putting off New Water Research Is a Dangerous Game Says Sharon Kleyne. Gerald H. Pollack & Sharon Kleyne Increase Calls for New Water Research & Technology.

Water researchers and scientists are driven people. They are driven by their passion for their subjects. Yet, they are patient people, too, seldom allowing emotion to push them too far in one direction or another. Dr. Gerald H. Pollack, Ph.D., Professor of Bioengineering at the University of Washington and water advocate Sharon Kleyne are world leaders in eater research and education. Both have exercised great patience and restraint when discussing contemporary water research, but thanks to a global water crisis of epic proportions, even their patience may be running out. Both have wanted to see a global commitment to new water research and new water technology for some time and now they are saying that they want to see it now. “Too much of the water falling to earth as rain is running off to the oceans,” said Kleyne. “Our aquifers are not being adequately replenished. We just can’t afford that.”

Dr. Pollack is universally admired for his own advanced research breakthrough discovery of a fourth phase of water. “We’ve known for a long time about the three phases of water—solid, liquid, vapor,” said Pollack. “The fourth phase is more like ice crystals, a kind of gel that doesn’t evaporate.” Still, nature needs our help because we are using too much water and wasting too much water, too.

“Water is essential,” Kleyne said. “In all its phases, it’s the best shield against the inception and spread of illness.” Kleyne, founder of Bio-Logic Aqua® Research Water Life Science®, repeated her favorite mantra that every living being is made of water. Water creates a shield against inflammation and disease. “You’re like a walking sponge,” Kleyne said. “Water vapor keeps you alive.” Kleyne urged everyone to slow down their body’s water evaporation by drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water each day and learning to breathe properly. “Slow down the evaporation process,” she said. “Live longer. Be healthier.”

Dr. Pollack, Editor-in-Chief of WATER, agreed. Author of The Fourth Phase of Water, Pollack said that “many people don’t understand this key point: water has energy, even the water in their bodies; and as one ages, one’s water vapor evaporates much more quickly.”

These facts coupled with the universal increase in disease encouraged Pollack and Kleyne to step up their calls for more water research and advanced technology. Dr. Pollack pointed out that water research practically came to a screeching halt in the 1950s. Because of two scientific debacles, one in Russia and one in Australia, scientists around the world were encouraged to take up other research pursuits and no longer bank on water research. Dr. Pollack also referred to the rise of molecular biology as another factor keying a decline in water research. Researchers in molecular biology moved away from more holistic practices and became fascinated with small, molecular parts. “The result?” asked Pollack rhetorically. “Water was forgotten, and that, with the passage of time, appears to be a massive, life-threatening mistake.”

Sharon Kleyne’s Humanitarian Water Research

How Sharon Kleyne Became America’s Leading Water Researcher. Water Life Science® Advocate Sharon Kleyne’s Chosen Path.

Few would have predicted thirty years ago that Sharon Kleyne, founder of Bio-Logic Aqua® Research Water Life Science®, would become America’s leading researcher of new water technology. Kleyne’s love of science and research were always evident, but so were her entrepreneurial drive, ability to lead and innovate, impeccable fashion sense, and high level cosmetics industry connections. In fact, most people would have predicted that Kleyne would follow the role models of Helena Rubenstein or Elizabeth Arden, women she greatly admires.

But Kleyne’s life path diverged from their world. On her path, Kleyne chose to wear the white jacket of a Research Director instead of an evening gown or business suit. Along the way, Kleyne founded not a cosmetics empire but Bio Bio-Logic Aqua® Research Water Life Science®, the world’s first company dedicated to Water and the study of supplementing the body’s and the earth water vapor evaporation with pure water and to discovering the benefits of pure water for pharmaceutical and medical application.

The goals of Bio-Logic Aqua® Research Water Life Science® reflect Sharon Kleyne’s conviction that water, the basis for life on Earth, is the “forgotten element” and that not nearly enough attention is paid to water’s importance in solving disease and providing healthy nutrition. Worldwide, Kleyne points out, pollution is increasing and health-giving fresh water, including the humidity in the air, is becoming increasingly scarce. As a result, dehydration-related diseases are on the rise and individuals often think that they are powerless to do anything about it.
Kleyne’s faith does not allow her to harbor such negative thoughts. “I’ve always believed in living your faith quietly and doing what you know is right,” says Kleyne. “When I began researching the global dehydration crisis, it became my mission to provide individuals with something they’ve never had before – the ability to take control of their lives in an increasingly dry and polluted world.”

In addition to research and education, Kleyne’s company markets several breakthrough eye and skin moisturizing products that utilize a simple, all-natural, pH-balanced water mist for supplementation. Her company’s products are unique among eye and skin moisturizers because their effectiveness is based not on chemicals or additives, but on the natural ability of eyes and skin to absorb moisture from the air. Kleyne believes that in an era of increasing health challenges from pollution and climate change, her unique water therapy products have the ability to empower each individual, on their own, to create a personal micro-environment of healthy, pure, moist air.

Bio-Logic Aqua® Research Water Life Science®’s product, Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® for dry eye and eyestrain, is enthusiastically endorsed and used around the world. Other Bio-Logic Aqua® Research Water Life Science® products include Nature’s Mist® Face of the Water™ for dry skin and Bio Med Wash®, a first-of-its-kind first-aid spray for emergency wound and disaster relief.

Sharon Kleyne, host of the nationally syndicated radio program, The Sharon Kleyne Hour Power of Water, Global Climate Change and Your Health on Voice America, is an ardent supporter of American free enterprise, innovation and hard work. According to her personal philosophy, we are all responsible for each other, which is why her company emphasizes education, work with hospitals, children, the military, emergency organizations and charitable involvement.

Sharon Kleyne & Gerald H Pollack Share Water Research Tragedy

Sharon Kleyne & Gerald H Pollack: Health Cures Need Water Research. Sharon Kleyne & Dr. Gerald H. Pollack Demand New Water Research.

Sharon Kleyne, the nation’s foremost water advocate and host of the nationally syndicated The Sharon Kleyne Hour Power of Water, Global Climate Change and Your Health on Voice America, once again welcomed one of her favorite guests and colleagues, Dr. Gerald H. Pollack, Ph.D., Professor of Bioengineering at the University of Washington (www.faculty.washington.edu/ghp) to the air to renew their ongoing demand for new water research. “The shackles on water research must come off,” said Kleyne.

“Without new water research,” Pollack added, “We will not be in a position to develop life-saving cures for a host of diseases and ailments.”

“The global water situation is remarkably bad,” Sharon Kleyne said. “What we need is really obvious. We need new government and private sector initiatives to be launched, and we need to see them take off. If we fail in this effort to jump-start new research,” Kleyne added, “the planet will plunge into an unbalanced dehydration cycle that will unleash even more mass sickness, epidemics and death.” Concurring with Kleyne, Dr. Pollack cited catastrophes like the water disaster in Flint, Michigan and the dispute over river water and drinking water between Pakistan and India, among countless others that have made headlines in the last twelve months alone.

Sharon Kleyne urged more education and honest reportage. “Too many people are ignorant of the facts,” said Kleyne. “Then they get dismissive. They say ‘oh, it’s only water’. Well, you might just as well say, ‘it’s only life’. Believe me,” said Kleyne, “we have run out of wiggle room on this issue. Over-evaporation of earth’s water vapor will severely compromise the air we breathe.”

Dr. Pollack, Editor-in-Chief of WATER and the author of The Fourth Phase of Water, revealed how new water research came to a screeching halt in the 1950s. As a result of two scientific debacles, one in Russia and one in Australia, global scientists found themselves aggressively encouraged to redirect their energy and research, and no longer bank on water research for sustaining funding through grants. Funding for water research mostly evaporated. The money almost completely dried up. Dr. Pollack Also cited the rise of molecular biology as another factor keying a decline in water research. Researchers in molecular biology moved away from a more holistic practice and became fascinated with small, molecular parts. “The result?” asked Pollack rhetorically. “Water was forgotten, and that was another life-threatening, inflammatory mistake.”

Sharon Kleyne, founder of Bio-Logic Aqua® Research Water Life Science®, hopes everyone will be interested in experiencing a new, healthy Water Life Science® lifestyle and visit
http://www.biologicaqua.com for more information. “Everyone must understand that the water vapor keeps you alive,” Kleyne said. She added that people should do all they can to slow down their body’s water evaporation. That means drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water each day and learning to breathe properly. “Slow down the evaporation process,” Kleyne urged. “Live longer. Be healthier.” Dr. Pollack agreed, adding that “many people don’t understand this key point: water has energy, even the water in their bodies; and as one ages, one’s water vapor evaporates much more quickly.”

Both water researchers also stressed that new water research is imperative if we hope to find relief from the many diseases and illnesses that currently afflict people all over the planet.

Sharon Kleyne Praises Deepika Kurup’s Water Invention

Sharon Kleyne Touts TED Talk Star Deepika Kurup. Sharon Kleyne Celebrates Water Research of Teen Phenom.

Sharon Kleyne, founder of Bio-Logic Aqua® Research Water Life Science®, wants everyone to experience a new, healthy Water Life Science® lifestyle and visit http://www.biologicaqua.com for more information. “Everyone should understand that water vapor keeps you alive,” Kleyne said. She added that people should do all they can to slow down their body’s water evaporation. That means drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water each day and learning to breathe properly. “Slow down the evaporation process,” Kleyne urged. “Live longer. Be healthier.” Kleyne also stressed that new water research is imperative if we hope to find relief from the many diseases and illnesses that currently afflict people all over the planet. “People are dying for lack of clean water,” said Kleyne.

That is why Sharon Kleyne is so excited about the work of Deepika Kurup, already an internationally renowned inventor, scientist and clean water advocate. Kurup was recognized in 2012 as “America’s Top Young Scientist”. Two years later, Kurup received the United States Environmental Youth Award, representing the U.S. in Stockholm, Sweden at the international Stockholm Junior Water Prize. A 2015 National Geographic Explorer Award Winner at the Google Science Fair, Kurup was also named as one of Forbes’ 2015 30 Under 30 in Energy (www.forbes.com/30under30/#/energy). Presently, she is CEO and founder of Catalyst for World Water, which deploys the technology she’s developed in water-scarce areas.

Sharon Kleyne, the nation’s foremost water advocate and host of the nationally syndicated The Sharon Kleyne Hour Power of Water, Global Climate Change and Your Health on Voice America, has long declared that the shackles on water research must come off. “Kurup’s work,” said Kleyne, “is exactly what we hope to see emerging from young people around the world. Her work in developing a new and inexpensive method for clean water using solar power is inspiring and potentially beneficial to billions of people.”

Deepika Kurup created a photocatalytic composite for water purification consisting of titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, hollow glass microspheres and Portland cement. After three years of refinement, Kurup produced a pervious photocatalytic composite that uses sand, TiO2, Portland cement and silver nitrate. This composite showed a 98% reduction in total coliform bacteria immediately after filtration. Exposing the filtered water to sunlight with a photocatalytic composite disc resulted in 100% inactivation of total coliform bacteria in just 15 minutes. “What this means,” said Kleyne, “is that Kurup’s filtered water is often cleaner than the drinking water we receive through our pipes. That’s extraordinary.”

Sharon Kleyne recommends Deepika Kurup’s TED talk, which you can access here http://www.ted.com/speakers/deepika_kurup. “Deepika Kurup’s work is a great example of what we can achieve through education,” Kleyne said, “and it’s a huge step forward in current water research.”
