Date aired: January 22nd, 2018
Guest: Dr. Ed Kondrot, M.D., Ophthalmologist, Homeopathic Therapeutics
Sharon Kleyne, host of the nationally syndicated radio program The Sharon Kleyne Hour Power of Water, Global Climate Change and Your Health on VoiceAmerica sponsored by Nature’s Tears® EyeMist®, recently called on guest, Dr. Ed Kondrot, M.D. and her radio audience to join her as pilgrims on a quest. Kleyne’s quest involves pilgrims pursuing better health and through better water education and water use. Kleyne, internationally recognized and respected for her new water research, new water technology, evaporation studies and water education, warns that we do not know enough about our own body water vapor and how it coexists with the water vapor in earth’s atmosphere.
“What are your health issues?” Kleyne asks. “We’re learning at Bio-Logic Aqua® Research Water Life Science® that health problems can begin the moment we leave our mothers’ water bags and enter the earth’s atmosphere.” Kleyne teaches that all of our organs are mostly water, and that we must maintain their water content every day in order to fend off illness, sickness and disease.
Kleyne also urges everyone to master her 5 guides for water-based health. These include learning how to breathe (yoga and Qi Gong are great breathing practices). Drink 8 to 10 glasses of pure water every day. Eat a healthy diet of dark-leafy greens, some fruit and some protein every day. Engage in moderate exercise. Sleep like the planet earth sleeps—to rejuvenate your body. “All good pilgrims on this healthy water quest will practice these priorities,” says Kleyne.
Dr. Kondrot enthusiastically agrees. He points out that he has always studied dehydration as a major cause of illness and death. He even dedicated the entire second chapter of his bestselling book, The 10 Essentials To Saving Sight, to the importance of life-giving water. “Water can help detoxify the body,” Kondrot says. “Water is so powerful!” Kondrot, referring to his specialty, the study of cataracts, adds that “dehydration plays a big part in the development of cataracts.”
Dehydration plays a major role in all diseases and illnesses, Kleyne notes, and that is why she calls on people everywhere to become better educated about water and more proactive about their own health. “Only then will we be able to turn around the planet’s water crisis,” Kleyne says. “Only then can we make good on a promise to supply every human being with safe, fresh water for daily use.”
