What Is The Fourth Phase Of Water?

Dr. Gerald Pollack Knows the Fourth Phase of Water Is Not Just a Passing Phase. Kleyne & Pollack Research Evaporation, the Power of Water® & Its Phases.

Until fairly recently, few believed that a fourth phase of water existed or would ever be discovered. Then Dr. Gerald Pollack, Professor of Bioengineering at the University of Washington and the Founding Editor-In-Chief of the journal, WATER, published his book, The Fourth Phase of Water: Beyond Solid, Liquid and Vapor, which cascaded through scientific communities like a rushing river. Others fell in love with the book, too, so many that its sales continue to rise. The book received the World Summit Excellence Award.

As a guest on Sharon Kleyne’s talk radio show, the internationally syndicated radio program, The Sharon Kleyne Hour Power of Water®, Nature’s Pharma®/Water Life Science® & Your Health sponsored by Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® on VoiceAmerica and World Talk Radio, Pollack described the fourth phase of water as slightly heavier water that is converted from the water we drink by a process of exposure to infrared light. He asks us to imagine ourselves as plants exposed to the first step of photosynthesis. That first step is literally letting in the light. People, he explains, let in the light so that some of the water we consume can be converted into a fourth phase of water. That water then becomes the energy that powers our molecular batteries. In other words, the fourth phase of water gives us what energy we have. The fourth phase of water is essential to our wellbeing. “The water that fills your body is not the regular H2O,” says Pollack. 4th phase water is negatively charged.”

“This is a great Power of Water® breakthrough,” said Kleyne. “Water is the breath of life and Nature’s Pharma®Water Life Science® teaches listeners everywhere how to become more proactive about their health by drawing on thousands of years of holistic knowledge from China, India, Africa, Australia and the Americas to lead healthier, longer and more active lives. Water is the great mystery,” adds Kleyne, “that teaches us how to live with planet Earth and enjoy Her bounty.”

Pollack has received many accolades and awards for his rich, diverse research, teaching and science writing. In 2008, his colleagues chose him as the recipient of his university’s highest annual distinction: the UW Faculty Lecturer Award. He is a Founding Fellow of the American Institute of Medical and Biological Engineering and a Fellow of the American Heart Association and the Biomedical Engineering Society. Pollack also presented two TEDx talks (see below) about water, and in 2015 won the Brandlaureate Award, joining previous recipients such as Nelson Mandela, Hillary Clinton and Steve Jobs. In 2016, he was awarded the first Emoto Peace Prize. Pollack appears briefly in the 2016 Travis Rice sports-action film, The Fourth Phase, named after his book.

Climate Change & Water Vapor Evaporation Threaten Life On Earth

Water Experts Call for More Funding, Education & Regulations To Save Earth. Intense Research & Study Required To Save Lives Cecil & Pollack Declare.

L. DeWayne Cecil, Ph.D. http://www.climate.gov & Dr. Gerald H. Pollack, Ph.D., http://www.faculty.washington.edu/ghp

Ignorance, according to three internationally acclaimed water and climate researchers, could condemn Earth and all its living inhabitants to disease and death. Sharon Kleyne, host of the nationally syndicated radio program, The Sharon Kleyne Hour Power of Water®, Water Life Science®/Nature’s Pharma® & Your Health sponsored by Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® on VoiceAmerica and World Talk Radio, recently hosted colleagues Dr. L. DeWayne Cecil and Dr. Gerald H. Pollack to talk about evaporation of the body’s water vapor, evaporation of the water vapor in earth’s atmosphere, climate change and Earth’s growing water crisis.

Dr. Pollack, Professor of Bioengineering at the University of Washington, Editor-in-Chief of WATER and the author of the groundbreaking book, The Fourth Phase of Water, praised Kleyne for inspiring NASA to study evaporation at long last. Pollack also explained that we must understand evaporation of clouds and the living soil in order to understand climate change. Of course, in order to understand anything, we must become smarter, and that requires more education and research. Both require funding. “There is almost no research in soil evaporation,” said Pollack. Pollack, also a Founding Fellow of the American Institute of Medical and Biological Engineering and the first recipient of the Emote Peace Prize (in 2016), promotes desalinization of ocean water as a potential partial solution to water shortages worldwide.

Dr. Cecil, a climatologist and atmospheric scientist for more than 40 years, shared his and other climate scientists’ frustration when attempting to secure funding for water and climate research. Cecil pointed out that politicians are uncomfortable with uncertainty in science, yet uncertainty is what fuels scientific discovery. Cecil elaborated that in the last four years congress has cut program after program, thus inhibiting the water research and education that are vital to our survival.

Dr. Cecil, who has working with desalinization processes for many years, agrees with Pollack about the process. “The ocean is a huge resource if we can perfect desalinization and handling the waste,” said Cecil. Currently, though, the cost of desalinization is prohibitive. Cecil and Pollack pointed to a new desalinization plant that is starting up in California, but at a cost of over a billion dollars. “If we do not act, though,” said Cecil, “we are setting ourselves up for some dire situations.”

Kleyne, also interested in desalinization operations, added clarification by stating that the word dry signifies the evaporation of water vapor. “The whole body is impaired without enough water,” said Kleyne. Kleyne went on to insist that we all need to make water, a living entity, our best friend. “on this program,” Kleyne boldly said, “we’re on a mission for everyone to listen to the Power of Water®!”

Space Mission Teammates Weigh Earth’s Water

“It Ain’t Heavy; It’s Our Water!” Say Earth Scientists. Radio Host Kleyne Applauds International Research Cooperation Over Water Weight.

Sharon Kleyne, founder and research director of Bio-Logic Aqua® Research/Water Life Science® & The Power of Water®, wishes Godspeed to the Grace satellites, two ships that have been launched into orbit to replace two spacecraft that stopped working last year.

This example of stellar obsolescence is especially notable because certain earth governments have agreed to cooperate rather than compete against each other. Kleyne finds this exciting news. “At this very moment,” says Sharon Kleyne, “a joint U.S./German mission is underway to weigh earth’s water.” The Grace satellites, Kleyne reveals, will sense and record minuscule variations in the pull of gravity as they orbit earth. “These variations are the result of movements in mass,” says Kleyne. These variations, Kleyne adds, could signal the swelling of the land after extensive rains. Or they might mean that ice is draining from earth’s poles as it melts in a fast-warming climate.

The Grace satellites were successfully launched on May 22nd aboard a SpaceX rocket from the Vandenberg Air Force base in California.

Grace, Kleyne divulges, is an acronym for Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment. The original program ran from 2002 to 2017 and has been called a transformative information-gathering program. Kleyne believes that maintaining this program is a top priority for NASA. This new mission relies to a great extent on European expertise, especially from the German Research Centre for Geosciences (GFZ). The satellites were assembled by Europe’s largest space company, Airbus, at its factory in Friedrichshafen.

Kleyne, host of the nationally syndicated radio program, The Sharon Kleyne Hour Power of Water®, Nature’s Pharma®/Water Life Science® & Your Health sponsored by Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® on VoiceAmerica and World Talk Radio, explains how the Grace satellites actually perform. The first satellite lurches and drags through earth’s uneven gravity field while the second follows 220km behind. As it does so, the second satellite measures changes in their separation to the nearest micron (a thousandth of a millimeter). Professor Frank Flechtner, the Grace-FO project manager at GFC, says “that is about a tenth of the width of a human hair over the distance between Los Angeles and San Diego”.

Kleyne adds that the Grace satellites are especially brilliant at sensing huge changes in earth’s hydrological cycle. As ice mass at the poles continues to melt at an alarming pace, GRACE can and does monitor the global rise of sea levels, which of course threatens many communities and businesses. For instance, Antarctica is losing 120 billion tons of ice a year; Greenland is losing 280 billion tons of ice a year. This massive ice loss will have severe global consequences, says Kleyne.

Kleyne shares that the current GRACE mission should be able to gather data for five years at a cost of 520 million dollars. It is hoped that the next stage of this project will involve more EU states as U.S. participation becomes increasingly uncertain. Still, Kleyne believes that the research data collected by GRACE reinforces the need to adopt Nature’s Pharma®/Water Life Science®, the new lifestyle that teaches a more profound awareness of the water issues that face humanity and encourages a more individual, proactive involvement in health care.
