Water Advocate Kleyne Teaches Breath of Life to World Populace. Breath of Life Is Atmosphere’s Water Vapor.
You have probably heard the expression, ‘the breath of life’, but what is it? Some people just think it’s the process of breathing, but they mistake the means for the content. Others think that the breath of life refers to some spiritual presence or lesson, but that also misses the mark. International researcher and educator Sharon Kleyne has talked about the breath of life for decades and she wants to clear up any confusion that might exist.
“The breath of life,” says Kleyne, “is water. Without the water in earth’s atmosphere, we could not breathe; we could not go on living. The breath of life is essential to all life on earth.” Kleyne refers to her colleague, Qigong Master Dr. Effie Chow for added perspective.
Chow points out that water in Qigong is one of the Five Elements of Life. The other elements are wood, fire, earth and metal. Each of these elements controls a different part of the body and a different emotion. Water is the element that integrates all of the other elements and prevents dehydration of the body. Chow explains a subtle, additional distinction about air. Air, Chow teaches, is not an element because it exists everywhere and can’t be isolated. If each of the five elements are to benefit health and the human body, they require air, liquid water and atmospheric water vapor. Yes, all of the elements need to breathe.
Klyene, founder and director of Bio-Logic Aqua® Water Life Science® and the host of the nationally syndicated radio program, The Sharon Kleyne Hour Power of Water, Global Climate Change and Your Health on VoiceAmerica sponsored by Nature’s Tears® EyeMist®, teaches breathing exercises to anyone who wishes to improve health. Ideally, one should breathe in through the nose from the diaphragm to a count of 10, pause momentarily, then slowly exhale through the mouth to a count of ten. Practicing this for fifteen minutes each day will bring overall improvement to daily breathing and overall health.
Kleyne encourages a steady awareness practice such as Qigong, Tai Chi or yoga. Kleyne urges everyone to drink eight to twelve glasses of fresh, pure water a day to supplement body water vapor lost to the natural process of evaporation, and to mist the skin several times a day with her company’s Nature’s Mist® Face of the Water™ to replenish water vapor and restore dry skin with the breath of life. Kleyne’s research center has also developed a new technology, Nature’s Tears® EyeMist®, which is unique on the global market. The product is specifically designed to replace and supplement lost tear film moisture. These products contain Trade Secret tissue culture grade 100 percent pure water and no additives. They are delivered to the skin and eyes in the form of a patented micron-size mist from a personal, portable hand-held humidifier that is fun and easy to use. Now the breath of life is in the air you breathe and at your fingertips.
Were you aware before of the breath of life and what it means? Are you aware of the problem of dehydration? Have you ever tried Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® or Nature’s Mist® Face of the Water™ or known someone who has done so to hydrate the eyes and skin? What’s the verdict?
