You have probably heard the expression, ‘the breath of life’, but what is it? Some people just think it’s the process of breathing, but they mistake the means for the content. Others think that the breath of life refers to some spiritual presence or lesson, but that also misses the mark. International researcher and educator Sharon Kleyne has talked about the breath of life for decades and she wants to clear up any confusion that might exist.
