Sharon Kleyne Hour Guest Says Cancer Risk Can Be Reduced by Two-Thirds

“Single Source Cancer Course” Author on Cancer Prevention, Screening and Treatment

Cancer is the number-two cause of death, after heart disease, in the US and Britain, says author Susan Wilking Horan, speaking on the Sharon Kleyne Hour Power of Water radio talk show on May 14, 2012. According to Horan, one-third all cancers could be prevented through diet and lifestyle and another third could be prevented through screening and early detection.

The basics of a healthy lifestyle include plenty of water, proper diet (avoid processed foods, sugar and excessive meat/fat), regular exercise, adequate sleep, stress reduction, no tobacco, sunscreen and sun protection

Horan and Sharon Kleyne agreed that a doctor should advise, not dictate, and that only you can decide what’s best for you. Making informed decisions quickly under stress can save your life.
The Sharon Kleyne Hour Power of Water is broadcast live on Mondays, 10 a.m., PST/PDT. The syndicated talk show is heard on Voice America/World Talk Radio, Green Talk Network and Apple iTunes.
